A dry, light and fragrant Rosé made from our Shiraz grapes. They were chosen so we could make a Rosé that was light but also flavoursome. We had been disappointed in the past with Rosé's that we had tried that were light and dry but also did away with taste. You will get what we mean when the Harry Scotts hits your nose and in the smooth and flavour full taste. All while feeling light and never too sweet.
