How we use your information.

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, arrange stays and celebrations, fulfil wine orders and understand how our website is working.

Information you provide

When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, preferred dates, guest numbers, interests and any message you choose to send. My Harry Scotts may also record your wine preference, order and reward status, referral activity and service feedback so we can personalise your next offer and account for promotional credits. If you opt in to updates, we may also use your contact details for occasional Harry Scotts news and offers.

Website measurement

We use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta and Google tags, to understand visits, enquiries and campaign performance. We also record privacy-light website events using an anonymous session identifier that expires when the browser tab closes, campaign labels, page paths and outbound Booking.com clicks. We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, names, email addresses or payment details in this website-measurement record. Meta and Google may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy terms. Private customer access codes and referral-credit details are not sent to advertising analytics.

Booking and order records

Booking.com reservation references, dates, status and financial totals may be imported into our private owner dashboard so we can reconcile bookings and measure channel performance. Shopify sends paid order, fulfilment, cancellation and refund records to the same protected dashboard. Customer and payment information remains subject to the privacy and security controls of those services and our restricted business systems.

How information is used

We use information to respond to you, manage availability and bookings, improve our services, measure advertising and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.
