Welcome to the vineyard. Here are the essentials for finding the house, settling in and enjoying your stay safely.

01 · Arriving
When you enter the vineyard driveway, turn left. The house is about 200 metres down the driveway.
Check your booking confirmation and the latest message from your host for your check-in time, driveway and parking directions, and how to get into the house.
If you don't have those details, contact your host through your booking conversation before setting off.
02 · The house
There's a kitchen and barbecue for your stay. Follow the instructions supplied at the house or by your host. If a control or appliance is unfamiliar, ask before using it.
Check with your host for current internet availability and connection details, especially if you need to work during your stay.
Please use water thoughtfully and let your host know if you notice a leak or a problem with the water supply.
03 · Outside
The dam is dangerous and slippery. Keep children well away and supervise them closely outdoors.
Before using the barbecue or lighting any fire, check with your host and check the current fire restrictions. Conditions can change during your stay.

04 · Around the area

Check your booking confirmation for your check-out time. Follow your host's departure instructions for keys and the house.
The bins are up at the front gate. Please take your rubbish there during your stay. If you can't find them, ask your host before leaving rubbish outside.
Check with your host about putting full bins out for collection. If any departure instructions are missing, ask through your booking conversation before leaving. Please also let your host know about any breakages or anything that needs attention.

For help with your stay, reply to your host in the booking conversation or use the contact details in your arrival message.
